DAYS GUILIN OFF THE BEATEN PATH

Guilin scenery tops the world! Hundreds of towering
limestone peaks jutting out of verdant rice paddies,
quaint Chinese villages set by the lovely Li River,
stunning rice terraces, local market and the warmth
of the people?Guilin is indeed not to be missed for
lover of pristine natural beauty.
This creatively crafted itinerary takes you away
from the usual tourist trails to enjoy the best of
Guilin not seen by most. You will stay a night in a
village lodge with some of the most stunning views,
hike along trails past lovely villages untouched
China’s fast pace modernization.
Day 01ARRIVE GUILIN/LONG SHENG
Fly to Guilin.
Upon arrival, met & drive about 3 hours through
beautiful countryside to Ping-an (Peace) village in
Longsheng. Longsheng offers some of the most
stunning rice terraces in China if not the world.
You will be guided one walks to enjoy the scenery as
well as visit untouched local villages. Tonight, you
will spend the night up on Longji mountain in Peace
Lodge. This simple (but clean and complete with
private toilet and shower) lodge commands a
superlative view!

Day 02LONGSHENG/YANGSHUO
Today, you will be waken up by the bird singing, and
find yourself in a remote village with friendly
local folks. Enjoy the morning (the best time in the
mountain) here.
After lunch, drive to Yangshuo (about 4.5 hours).
This is a 900 years old little town exudes a laid
back charm with its cozy cafe on the west street &
Chinese romance! Check into Yangshuo Paradise Hotel.

Day 03YANGSHUO
This morning, you will cruise the Li River from
Yangshuo to Fuli old town, with visit to an old
village by the riverside. In Fuli, you have the
chance to see local people making fan-painting as
well as local school & market.
In the afternoon, continue to explore nearby local
villages, to discover the simple lifestyle of the
local people still untouched by China’s fast-paced
modernization; Biking or hiking among the
breath-taking countryside!!

Day 04YANGSHUO/DEPART GUILIN
Drive about 1½ hour leisurely back to Guilin
visiting a stone village en route. You will also
enjoy a tour of Guilin City including Fubo Hill &
the Ancient Gate of the Ming Dynasty. For lunch try
the many ways of cooking noodles in Ju-Fu-Lin
Restaurant on the Pedestrian Street.
Transfer to Guilin airport for flight out.
