The sensational Lao Spirit Resort
in Luang Prabang offers you natural living, natural beauty, natural
relaxation...
 Lao
Spirit Resort is located 15 km out of Luang Prabang in Laos. It is the first and
only Resort project that is based on eco-style bungalows and a historic house
restoration philosophy.
The area is in natural beauty and a 1600 meter mountain range gives its flair to
the place. Old houses from the French colonial era have been protected from
destruction and were brought out here for rebuilding and restoration. To keep
the project running some luxury bungalows were added.
Just along the Nam
Khan river and some jungle forests the place is probably unique in Asia. You
find a place of peace an quietness that provides a wonderful symbiosis between
nature and luxury. Small
 nearby
villages and many optional activities open a new opportunity for responsible
travelers who love nature and a quiet environment.
The project
has not been supported from any organizations but gives new ideas about how
hotels and environment can be added to one unit. Even the tourist minister and a
local Tourist Authority Member called it a "good example for new ways in
sustainable tourism and a place that shows rural development in a new sense of
meaning".

Bungalows:
The traditional style bungalows were built with patience and love for details.
Big glass front windows open a new perspective. You can even see the jungle out
of your bed. A bathtub with nature view in 4 of the bungalows add to a wonderful
natural luxury. Twin and Double beds as well as the selected interior give you a
pleasant time.
All bungalows have open air shower, fan, and the amazing view just from the
terrace.
Restaurant:
The Restaurant welcomes you for a selected menu of Asian and European
specialties. Even special request dinners or festivities can be arranged here.
Breakfast is included in the price and is a wonderful collection of eur-asian
breakfast tradition...and it is a surprise for most of the guests!
Activities:
Lao Spirit Resort is the starting point for a wide range of nature activities
such as kayaking, hiking and multi day trekking. Tiger Trail Outdoor
Adventures starts many activities from this place and even the normal tours
stop by for lunch or a coffee.
From the Resort you
can see the Elephants bathing in front of the restaurant every morning. If you
are awake you are welcome to swim with them in the river.
The Tiger Trail Elephant Camp is located just opposite on the other side ode the
river. Elephant rides, or a visit to the nearby Tad Sae waterfall is always
wonderful option.
 Transfers:
are offered with every package booking through Tiger Trail Outdoor Adventures
from any place in Luang Phabang. Only if you book activities in combination with
your overnight stay.
For special Transfers we charge 15-18,-$ per route in Minibus.
