Day 1
Fly Bangkok to Yangon, where you stay for two nights at The Governor's
residence. Enjoy an afternoon city tour with the remainder of the day at
leisure. Optional tours available locally.
Day 2
Explore Yangon at your own pace.

Day 3
Fly to Mandalay, and join the Road to Mandalay. After lunch enjoy a
sightseeing tour of the temples and markets of Mandalay. Dinner and
overnight on board.
Day 4
Visit Sagaing with its splendid views across the river. Sail for Bagan
and watch the unfolding river scenes of everyday life along this mighty
pristine waterway.

Day 5
Disembark in Bagan for an orientation tour. After lunch on board explore
independently or take a sunset tour of this remarkable, unforgettable
region.
Day 6
Visit Mount Popa, home to the legendary Nats, where there is a
picturesque complex of monasteries and shrines. Lunch at a nearby hotel
with beautiful, panoramic views.

Relax on board or explore further the market and craft shops on your own
until late morning when the ship sails for Mandalay.
Day 8
Arrive after lunch and enjoy a visit to the ancient capital of Ava with
its magnificent teak monastery.
Day 10
Morning departure by air to Yangon. Lunch at a local hotel before the
onward evening flight to Bangkok.
