6:00A.M- Pick up from hotel and drive to
Hoan Kiem Lake, the heart of Hanoi. It is
great spot to start a healthy day with the
sun rising over the water. Locals
concentrate around this lake in the early
morning by involving themselves in Tai chi,
aerobics and some light sports or simply by
a stroll around the lake. We take a walk
around the lake, there will be plenty of
opportunity to capture the wonderful shots
or perhaps even join in with the locals! We
conclude our Hoan Kiem experience at a Café
boasting marvelous views of the lake. Whilst
enjoying the view and our traditional
Vietnamese coffee, we prepare ourselves for
a true Yoga experience.
7:30A.M- Drive to West Lake for an hour of
healthy, relaxing Yoga. The class conducted
by a professional yoga teacher. Breathing
and relaxation techniques are combined
together to re vitalize your body, mind and
soul.

Cha Ca is
a special food of Hanoi, it is
reputed to be 200 years old. It
is a white fish, served in
boneless chunks, smothered in
greens and saffron-infused oil.
It comes out right in the frying
pan it is cooked in, you will
get an unlimited amount of rice
noodles on the side and with all
the oil and greens - it makes a
tasty accompaniment. Wash it all
down with one of Vietnam's best
bottled beers, Ha Noi. This brew
is not as watery as most of the
country's concoctions and
actually has some hop bitterness
that goes well with the spicy
fish.
