DAY 01: HANOI - HALONG BAY
Pick up from the airport
and transfer to our hotel in Hanoi.
Balance of the day at
leisure to get your self acquaintance with the city
and local people. Overnight
at hotel in Hanoi.
DAY 01: HANOI - HALONG BAY(B,L)
8am pick up from your hotel for a drive through the red river Delta to
Halong bay. Arrive Halong, we board our own private boat for a five-hour
cruise around the secluded and majestic Ha Long Bay giving us the chance
to take in the stunning scenery of this World Heritage Site. Whilst on
board a sumptuous fresh local seafood lunch will be served. There will
be time to explore some of the limestone caves in the area. Drive back
to Hanoi this late afternoon.
DAY 03: HANOI - LUANGPRABANG (B)
Transfer to airport for your
flight to Luang Prabang \
Greetings in Luang Prabang.
After a short rest, we visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the
shrine of Wat Aham, Wat Mai; we then climb up to the top of Phousi Mount
for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a
beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River. From there, we
explore Street Night Market, where you can find the lovely collection
and handmade textile by local and hill tribe people surrounding Luang
Prabang. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
DAY 04:
LUANGPRABANG - ANGKOR COMPLEX
The National Museum at the former Royal Palace, which displays a lovely
collection of the artifacts reflecting the richness of Lao culture
dating from the days of the early kings right through the last
sovereign, and the Central Market are not to be missed. After visiting
these sights in the morning, you will have free time for your own
exploration of the town and strolling around the shopping area.
Transfer to airport for your flight to Siemreap.
DAY 05: ANGKOR COMPLEX (B,L)
Following breakfast you will visit Angkor Wat Temple, Angkor Thom, the
South Gate, Bayon, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant
Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. From here you will then make
your way to visit Ta Prohm before an afternoon visit to Preah Khan, Neak
Pean, East Mebon and Pre Rup temples. Overnight at Angkor hotel
DAY 06: ANGKOR COMPLEX DEPARTURE (B)
At leisure.
Transfer to the airport for departure.
